Lady Warriors fall to NEB, 8-2

Canton softball fell to NEB 8-2 after taking an early 2-1 lead.

Keri Wesneski (3-for-3) had a home run, and knocked in both runs for the Warriors. Molly Ward (1-for-3) had a double, and scored a run, as Allyson Butcher (1-for-3) also had a double.

Jillian Shay took the loss, striking out two with four walks, 10 hits, and eight runs, five of which were earned.
