Lady Warriors roll past Sayre, 17-2

Canton softball rolled past Sayre 17-2 in four innings for the NTL win.

Molly Ward (3-for-3), and Emmi Ward (3-for-3) were both perfect at the plate. Molly had a double, with two runs scored, and 4-RBI, as Emmi scored three times, with an RBI.

Katie Shay (2-for-3) had 3-RBI, Allyson Butcher (2-for-3) had a double, with two runs, Mae Kinner (2-for-2) had a double, with three runs, and an RBI, and Alexis Baldwin (2-for-2) scored three times, with an RBI.

Keri Wesneski (1-for-2) had a double, with an RBI, Tara Acla (1-for-1) scored a run, Sara Saar (1-for-2) scored twice, while knocking in four runs, and Madison Hulbert (1-for-1) had a hit. Jillian Shay also scored a run.

Jillian Shay got the win, striking out two with three hits, two walks, and two earned runs.
