Lady Warriors top Towanda, 12-4

Canton used a pair of four run innings to beat Towanda 12-4 in NTL softball.

Molly Ward (3-for-4) had a home run, with three runs scored, and an RBI, while Katie Shay (2-for-5) had a double, with 2-RBI, and a run scored.

Allyson Butcher (2-for-4) knocked in two runs, Mae Kinner (2-for-2) scored twice, and had 2-RBI, and Sara Saar (2-for-4) scored a run.

Alexis Baldwin (1-for-4) had a double, with 2-RBI, and a run scored, as Emmi Ward (1-for-4) scored, and had an RBI. Keri Wesneski (1-for-5) had a hit, with Tara Acla scoring three runs.

Jillian Shay got the win, striking out three, with 12 hits, no walks, and four runs, two of which were earned.
