Halbfoerster Takes 2nd, Warriors Go 1-2 Against Athens, Troy, Sullivan Co

Canton's Lawrence Halbfoerster (18:16) took second to pace the Warriors as they went 1-2 during NTL quad meet action.

They lost to Troy (20-43) and Athens (26-31), but beat Sullivan County (19-44).

Manuel Halbfoerster (20:45) was 15th, Simon Wile (21:37) took 18th, Landon Lake (21:43) finished 19th, and Nehemiah Wolcott (22:01) came in 20th.

In junior high girls' action Canton lost to Troy (18-41) but beat Sullivan (18-41), and Athens (9-12).

Sarina Hess (14:13) was Canton’s Highest finisher in 10th, with Carter Petrowski (17:12) taking 13th on the boys' side.
