Harold Strikes Out 7 In 11-2 Win Over Sullivan County

Canton baseball used a 7-run third inning to beat Sullivan County, 11-2, in non-league baseball action.

Mason Harold did the job on the mound, going six innings with seven strikeouts, one walk, four hits, and two unearned runs, all on 62 pitches.

Reed Taylor tossed the final inning, striking out two.

At the plate Hudson Ward (2-for-3) scored twice and drove in three runs as Zach Colton (1-for-4) also scored twice and drove in three runs.

Michael Beers (1-for-1) had 3-RBI with Bailey Gardner scoring twice with 1-RBI.

Holden Ward scored twice as Ben Fitch (1-for-3), Jason Mahosky (1-for-3), and Cohen Landis (1-for-3) all scored, with Fitch getting an RBI. Harold (1-for-3) and Luke Crawley (1-for-1) each had a hit, as well.
