Lady Warriors Sweep CV In Home Opener

Canton defeated CV 3-0 in their home opener in NTL volleyball action, winning the sets 25-17, 25-21, and 25-22.

Addi Pepper had 11 points, five aces, 17 assists, eight digs, and a kill as Cailyn VanNoy notched seven points, seven kills, seven digs, an ace, and an assist.

Makenna Seachrist had 11 points, three aces, four kills, an assist, three digs, and a block, with Tara Gilbert getting seven points, 10 kills, four aces, and two digs.

Kendall Kitchen finished with 14 points, four aces, seven digs, and four assists, with Danah Wesneski adding six points, two kills, three digs, and an ace. Adelynn Cardona chipped in with two kills.

Canton JV won 25-15, 25-15.

Nevaeh Vroman had seven aces, five assists, two kills, and a dig with Kate Berry adding three aces, five assists, and a dig.

Jeryicka Strozyk notched two aces and two digs, as Emilia Pepper had four aces and five digs.

Cardona finished with seven kills, Wesneski had two kills, Summer Route notched two aces, and Alyssa May chipped in with an ace.
