Alexis McRoberts set a new school record in the discus as the Lady Warriors ended the season with a quad meet sweet in NTL track and field action.
Canton scored 77 points, just ahead of NEB (74), Troy (70), and Sayre (6).
McRoberts threw 108-feet, 1-inch, beating the old record of 108-feet by Pam O’Donnell. McRoberts was also second in the shot put (29-feet, 10 3/4-inches), second in the javelin (80-feet, 8-inches), and third in the 100 hurdles (18.11).
Also for Canton, Daveian Crowley won the 100 (13.08), the 200 (27.85), and 400 (1:03.72) with Kendall Kitchen winning the 3200 (16:20.5) and taking second in the 200 (28.40).
Stella Rockwell (29-feet, 1-inch) was second in the triple jump, Layla Frisbie (1:12.46) was third in the 400, Cailyn VanNoy (2:55.32) was third in the 800, and Natalie Kapichok (79-feet, 7-inches) was third in the javelin.
Their 4x100 relay team was first in 54.61.
The boys took third with 40.5 points, ahead of Sayre (30) but behind Troy (121.5) and NEB (64).
Thomas Guindon won the 110 hurdles (19.30) and took third in the 300 hurdles (48.5) while Lawrence Halbfoerster was second in the 1600 in 4:50.19.
Wyatt Karpinski won the javelin in 119-feet as Quincy Wesneski (116-feet, 1-inch) took second.
