Taylor Qualifies For D4 Individual Golf Tournament

Reed Taylor qualified for the District IV Individual Tournament Wednesday, shooting an 88 at White Deer.

Taylor needed an 88 to qualify, leaving no margin for error on the day.

Starting on the fifth hole he opened with a double-bogey and was 10-over par seven holes in, but righted the ship on the back nine, where he finished strong.

In his final four holes, 1-through-4, he opened with back to back pars, then had back to back bogeys to secure his spot next week.

Taylor finished with five pars on the day.

Teammate Levi Vermilya shot 102 with two pars on the day.
